CONTROLLER

Diamond Bank, with 12 locations located in Southwest Arkansas is seeking a Controller.

This position establishes, coordinates and maintains an accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the bank and provides financial consolidation of branches or subsidiaries when applicable. Prepares financial reports for the bank’s Asset/Liability Committee and reports relevant information to the CFO for presentation to the Board of Directors. Makes recommendations relating to budget preparation, profit forecasts and operational changes as needed. Prepares Call reports and board reports. Oversees the accuracy of the bank’s general ledger. May coordinate audit and compliance efforts with the bank’s compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, financial management or business administration, MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience in bank accounting and/or auditing. Working knowledge of bank accounting, operations and policies related to asset/liability management, investment portfolio management, procurement and internal controls. High-level analytical and communication skills including ability to summarize and communicate technical information to the CFO and bank regulators.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret accounting pronouncements and standards, government regulations, and legal documents. Must be able to respond to common inquiries from regulatory agencies, courts and outside consultants. Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Strong organizational and computer skills.

Chief Lending Officer
Diamond Bank, with 12 locations located in Southwest Arkansas , is seeking a Chief Lending Officer.

This position develops and manages the lending functions of the Bank that comply with Bank policy, regulatory  requirements and prudent lending practices.  Ensures optimum long-term loan portfolio profitability.  Provides support  to the CEO in areas of leadership, direction, development and implementation of Bank policies and procedures.

Provides guidance to all loan officers at all locations.  Assists other loan officers in developing new business, performing credit reviews, monitoring their credits, evaluating spreads and loan pricing practices.

LOAN REVIEW MANAGER
