This workshop is an extensive leadership development program which teaches participants to manage ‘things’ while leading people.  This three-day workshop provides the essential building blocks for developing excellent leadership by focusing on coaching, motivating others and creating rewarding work environments. Taye Cairnes’ programs are built on a philosophy that motivating others is at the heart of leadership and organizational success.  Participants discover their own behavioral style, using the DiSC system, and learn how they can adopt their style to better communicate with others.  In addition, participants learn how to create a language of leadership that strengthens their leadership skills and establishes a culture of respect among coworkers.  This workshop teaches participants to envision their goals and create an action plan to ensure success.
