Case Studies in Appraisal and Evaluation Compliance Reviews
Are you aware of the most current appraisal regulations? This one-day “hands-on” workshop will focus on the key points that banks need to be aware of relating to reviewing appraisals and evaluations for minimum compliance with the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines as well as the most recent revisions to USPAP. Several case studies will be conducted in the classroom.
Discussions will focus on current issues involving the appraisal and evaluation compliance review process, and contain information relevant to those who manage or are involved with the appraisal and evaluation review process within a bank. The afternoon session will consist of several case studies involving step-by-step reviews of an evaluation and residential & commercial appraisal reports.
A reference manual will be included with resources and sample appraisal & evaluation review checklists. Classroom discussion is encouraged, and questions participants may have will be answered during the session.
