This two-day workshop focuses on methods, tools, and ways for ensuring
that training is valued and “results oriented.” Participants learn to use a
variety of proven training methods and approaches to make training,
including regulatory and compliance training, interactive, energized, “real
world,” and enjoyable!
The students will learn how to develop an annual training plan as well as
respond to the ever-changing regulatory environment. Participants will
receive, review, and enhance bank training program templates including:
Orientation, Regulatory, Sales and Service, and much more.
Trainers will also learn how to train the “adult learner,” ensure the training
transfer to the “real world,” refine training and facilitation skills, and get a
return on the training investment dollars.
