Valesco Commerce Street Capital, LP based in Dallas, Texas (“VCSC”) offers an alternative investment and business development program for community banks in the South Central United States including the states of Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico. The Fund seeks to provide CRA investment credit, current yield (targeting 7% to 9%), long term capital appreciation, and commercial and industrial (“C&I”) lending business development tools to community banks. Subordinated debt and equity provided by VCSC may be available to supplement senior facilities offered by community banks for qualifying business. Led by Bud Moore, Jack Sadden and Patrick Hamner, each with at least 25 years of private equity experience, the Fund will look to invest in small and lower middle market businesses in the areas of manufacturing, value added distribution and business services. VSCS is organized as a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) and regulated by the SBA.
