A variety of depository institutions and their subsidiaries recognize Mitchell Williams an established leader in Arkansas banking legislation and turn to our Bank & Finance Team for assistance in a number of areas, including: lending, regulatory issues, insurance and securities activities, loan documentation involving all types of collateral, branching, bank holding companies, and plans of exchange for bank holding companies. Members of the Bank & Finance Team handled the first conversion of an Arkansas federally-chartered savings and loan association into a national bank. We also completed the first acquisition of an Arkansas bank holding company under the Arkansas Regional Reciprocal Banking Act. Team members conduct a bi-annual commercial lending conference attended by bankers from across the region.
