What does effective leadership look like to you?

An effective leader is not someone who delegates, but is someone who is willing to be side by side with its subordinates to get the job done.

What is the greatest advice you have ever been given?

Education is when you read the fine print.
Experience is what you get if you don’t.
-Pete Seeger
