What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
Stay positive. The attitude you have spills over to others as well as improves your productivity. I strive to make a difference every day and that starts with a positive attitude.
What does effective leadership look like to you?
Communication. There are many components of effective leadership but I believe it all starts with communication. We as leaders need to be great at communicating but even better listeners. The great leaders I know are all great at communicating which earns trust and builds relationships to empower others.
