What is the greatest advice you have ever been given?
The best advice I’ve received that truly resonated with me was to never stop learning. There are so many great quotes out there that support this mindset, but I wanted to share my favorite.

What does effective leadership look like to you?
- Leading by example is the best form of leadership.
- Creating an environment with an open door atmosphere that allows for honest communication and being available when your team members need you most.
- Being knowledgeable in your field so that you can provide support for your team when needed.
- Allow for your team members to take on new projects without micromanaging them, so that they can grow within their roles and develop accountability for their work.
