What is the most important leadership lesson that you’ve learned?
Never stop learning! As bankers we provide a service needed by anyone. We are expected to know, or learn about everything about our customers: their professions, their financials, their families, their needs, and their desires. Then apply our knowledge, skills, and service to aid our customers and community. The best bankers always listen, learn, and care.
What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
Focus on accomplishing one thing at a time, and prioritize tasks and goals appropriately. Then establish an effective routine beneficial to your goal’s accomplishment.
How has leadership changed in 2021?
Adaptability is required, whether it is in regards to procedures or relationships.
What is the greatest advice you have ever been given?
Get along, or get along! We might not always agree on everything, but we can always show respect, have manners, and be honest.
