What is the most important leadership lesson that you’ve learned?
For me it is my way isn’t always the only way to get a task done correctly. People have certain ways they do things. If they get to the same goal, let them do their thing.
What’s your biggest leadership struggle?
Delegating tasks to other team members instead of trying to take care of them all myself.
What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
I like to start my day early. This allows me to get a head start on my daily goals.
What is the greatest advice you have ever been given? What does effective leadership look like to you?
When you can surround yourself with a team of positive minded and capable people. Then I get out of their way, and let them excel.
