As a lender, I am responsible for assisting my customers in finding a way to meet their financing needs.
What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
My end of the day routine (like right when I get home) includes emptying my truck of everything I took to work with me that day and any clutter. After that is done, I put everything away when I get inside. Doing this helps me manage clutter and messes. And, I get to begin the next day in an uncluttered house and vehicle – peace of mind.
What does effective leadership look like to you?
Leading by example.
