I’m a standard everyday commercial lender in the general sense. I am involved with our Officer Loan Committee in my capacities and duties as a commercial lender.
What does effective leadership look like to you?
In my opinion, effective leadership is giving others the chance to both succeed and fail. Great leaders facilitate this type of atmosphere knowing that lessons, which will better equip their teams for the next challenge, can be learned from both scenarios.
What is the greatest advice you have ever been given?
The greatest advice I have ever received is to approach everyday with the mantra “the do-right.” This mindset allows me to go through my day with a positive attitude.
