Bank security officers are challenged each day to be aware of the perils affecting their banks, while also modifying the policies, procedures and practices to prevent losses. This track provides topics to address the security issues and concerns these officers face each day.
Learn how to strengthen your strategic thinking skills and encourage it in others with this new track. These sessions will focus on building a successful company culture, and best practices to achieve growth both personally and professionally.

The new Lending Track will discuss the concerns and issues of a volatile lending market, while providing lending and credit professionals from across the state the opportunity to meet, exchange information, and address shared challenges.
Centered on bank marketing strategies, the Marketing Track features speakers on a range of topics, helping bank marketers stay ahead of current trends.
This track is structured to give Arkansas bankers an understanding of the products available today, and how to use them to both benefit customers and safeguard data.
The role of a hometown bank's trust department is a unique one -- from assisting with estate and retirement planning to staying current on very specific legal and ethical responsibilities. This track brings together professionals from across the state to discuss the tools and strategies needed to best serve bank customers.
