BSA/AML Implications During the Coronavirus Pandemic

BSA/AML Implications During the Coronavirus Pandemic
The COVID-19 outbreak has affected all of us and we now face the new normal of self-quarantine and social distancing. As BSA/AML professionals, we are still required to ensure that our financial institutions maintain a safe and sound Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) program. Join us for this virtual live, interactive Forum. The Forum is designed with one purpose in mind: to keep the BSA/AML Team informed, current, and effective at implementing the ever-changing BSA/AML regulatory environment. Prior to the Forum, attendees are encouraged to submit key BSA/AML questions and/or additional topics. The agenda will include: April 15th Update to the BSA/AML FFIEC Examination Manual; CDD and Beneficial Ownership and the PPP Loans; OFAC Adjustments in CMP Amounts; Types of financial scams and fraud that are on the rise; AML transaction monitoring systems impacted by the changes and shifts in customer behavior, product changes or modifications, and Sharing of Common Practices.
