Beneficial Ownership: Where Are We Now?
At the time of this printing beneficial ownership legislation is in both the house and the senate to centralize beneficial ownership registration with FinCEN. If it passes, we will discuss the transition process and what will be required. If it does not pass, we will look at all the errors and problems we have had implementing beneficial ownership and the examination process. Either way we will update you for beneficial ownership in 2020.
