What is the most important leadership lesson that you’ve learned?
I’ve learned that it takes a team. You as one individual cannot complete what a strong team can accomplish. Teamwork, regardless of the industry, is a vital part of success.
What does effective leadership look like to you?
Trust. You have to trust the individuals that make up your team. Any leader that can let go of control and trust their team, they have effectively mastered leadership.
What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
Although it can be difficult at times, being a positive individual is an important factor to any successful day. I had a coach early on in my life tell me you will get out of life what you put into life. This is still etched into my memory even many years later.
