Trying to find different methods or approaches to motivate individuals to find their inner-leader.

My current day actually starts the night before. Reviewing my calendar and prioritizing events makes the next day more effective.

Don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from.

An effective leader is an individual that can inspire and motivate others to be their best.
How has leadership changed in 2021?
2020 changed the landscape of leadership. Leaders had to adapt very quickly to be able to provide guidance and mentorship in more of a remote manner. The one-on-one interactions changed to web-based meetings which entails a much different approach to leadership.
