What is the most important leadership lesson that you’ve learned?

The most important lesson I have learned is the importance of authenticity. Authenticity allows you to form strong relationships and gain trust from peers and team. Those relationships are then mutually trustworthy and you are able to lead more effectively.

What does effective leadership look like to you?

Effective leadership looks like mutual respect and trust between leader and team.

How has leadership changed in 2021?

Leaders have had to be more flexible and adapt to new forms of communication and a new environment.
