What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
Every morning I spend time in meditation and write in a gratitude journal. It doesn’t take long and I have found it helps me stay focused, positive and intentional.
What is the greatest advice you have ever been given?
Remember your priorities… God, family, work. I believe that is the key to being both happy and successful.
How has leadership changed in 2020?
The current pandemic is a challenge for both employers and individuals and the results are devastating. About 2.2 million women have left the work place this year. I think the most effective leaders have been able to pivot, be transparent, and empathetic.
