Always take accountability of your actions.
What does effective leadership look like to you?
To be an effective leader, I believe there are certain attributes that are necessary. The most important, in my opinion, is the ability to effectively communicate with others. Good communication builds trust with co-workers. Another important attribute is the ability to motivate others.
