Dima dares individuals to examine their own internal limitations, such as the pursuit of perfection, the fear of failure or being judged. She then equips audience members with the tools and courage it takes to shatter those limitations and emerge as empowered individuals.

Positive negotiation skills lead to greater confidence and success in our personal and professional lives.

During this interactive session, we will hear from professional women who have successfully negotiated a variety of situations and learn from their successes and challenges.
