If You Must Cancel... 

Full registration fees will be refunded if a cancellation is received before April 10, 2026. A $100 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between April 11-15, 2026. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 16, 2026. 

All cancellations must be submitted in written format prior to the event. Substitutions are welcomed and encouraged.
